I absolutely love the mill. The experience with getting the mill was not the best. I was sent the wrong mill to begin with and had to mess around with sending everything back before I got the correct mill shipped to me. Once I got the correct mill everything works great. I could not be happier with the performance

The purchase of my saw mill went well, Any and all questions were answered quickly in easy to understand terms and conditions, with what I consider up to this point good customer service. considering the road conditions at this time of the year with all the snow we have received ,shipping was within a reasonable amount of time. Although the last company in the stage of delivery from what I experienced did not have any trucks smaller than a semi the driver had to back down my road and could not back into my driveway to unload it by lift gate on my property. The delivery company should have explained to me in the pre-delivery conversation, that they only had semis and I could have saved them the wasted time or I could have set up something at a friends local business 2 miles from my place to unload it there onto my trailer. It would be nice if they had box trucks with lift gate. I had to arrange for pickup with my trailer. It was free shipping!! I’m not going to say I’m not pleased with the end results of shipping.I feel at this point for the overall out of pocket value I got for what is out there to buy, People out there shopping should take a serious look at this product line that is being offered. I’m looking forward to a weather change so I can remove it from the shipping container and assemble it. Thank you MechMaxx!!

My dad purchased this for me as a birthday gift. After the saw was delivered it sat for awhile waiting for my Dad health to improve. Several months later I worked with my Dad to assemble it and he was like a kid with a new toy. After it was assembled, he was the first one to cut a log and he was very happy. Looking forward to using this at our cottage.
